- My passion is helping people to reach their full potential and find their passion. Currently I am managing a three year project to support the development of the Employability and Personal Development Planning curriculum across the University. I have worked for the EU as a Technical Expert in teacher training; worked as a Management, Education and Business Consultant, focusing on Business Improvement and management development; I am also a trained teacher with a Certificate and Diploma in Education, having worked in schools, FE Colleges, Prison Education and Higher Education. I am a qualified NVQ Assessor, NVQ Verifier and Sailing Skipper.
